2. Problem Sentence: My uncle named Henry, who was my father's youngest brother was my best friend.(Passive Voice)
Revised Sentence: My uncle named Henry, was my father's youngest brother and also my best friend.(Active Voice)
3. Problem sentence: There sure wasn't going to be any boring moments whenever he was around.(Passive Voice)
Revised Sentence: Whenever my uncle was around,boring moments never seemed to exist.(Active Voice)
4. Problem Sentence: We all thought it was something normal,. maybe from all the workouts at the gym or something because when asked to go to the hospital he would refuse and say he was doing good. (wordy sentence)

2. Problem Sentence: Different approaches have been taken to make hunger become a thing of the past but hunger is growing worse even through the years of effort by the government. (Give each thought its own sentence).
